UI/UX Designer
Requirements
- 3 years of product design experience in B2C environments with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design work
- Expertise in visual design and UX fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, component systems, and interaction patterns
- Skilled in Figma (primary), along with prototyping.
- Experience designing with design systems and component libraries, and maintaining UI consistency across products
- Able to validate design decisions using both quantitative and qualitative user research
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first practices
- Comfortable working from early sketches and low-fidelity user flows to polished hi-fi UI deliverables
- Proactive problem solver—able to explore multiple creative directions and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Strong collaboration mindset, able to partner effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Data-informed decision approach, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Comfortable working with global teams in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Motion design skills using Lottie, Rive, or After Effects
- Basic front-end awareness (HTML/CSS) or dev collaboration skills
- Experience designing data-heavy UIs or dashboards
- Low-code development experience with Webflow or Framer (strong bonus)
